Our ICSE Curriculum: Nursery to Grade IX
Takshashila School @ Rampura follows the ICSE curriculum from Nursery to Grade IX, with CISCE affiliation applied for. Teaching changes with each stage: play-based in pre-school, inquiry-led in primary and research-based in secondary. Every stage includes the arts, sport and Indian traditions such as Kalaripayattu and shloka chanting.
Why We Chose the ICSE Curriculum
ICSE is conducted by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) and is taught entirely in English. It covers each subject in depth and rewards project work, with 20% of Class X marks in most subjects coming from internal assessment. That fits how we teach: children learn by investigating, writing and building, not just by memorising.
PRE-SCHOOL (Nursery, LKG, UKG)
Our Pre-School program provides a joyful and engaging environment where children begin their learning journey through play, exploration, and creativity. Read more about our pre-school and kindergarten.
